1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LUMEN-X SDK and API services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. License
The LUMEN-X SDK is licensed under the FORGE Health Proprietary License v3.0.0. This is a commercial license that grants you limited rights to use the SDK subject to the terms herein and the full license text available at npmjs.com/package/@forgehealth/lumen-sdk.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service is protected by Canadian Patent Application No. 3304173 and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Forge Partners Inc.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) submit Protected Health Information (PHI) to the Service without appropriate agreements in place; (d) exceed rate limits or abuse the API.
5. Disclaimer
LUMEN-X is a governance tool, not a medical device. Scores are governance indicators, not clinical safety ratings. Your organization is solely responsible for clinical decisions and regulatory compliance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
